Support, monitoring and further development: Together with your colleagues from the SAP base area, you are responsible for the support, monitoring and further development of the SAP system landscape. Performance SAP system landscape: You are responsible for ensuring ongoing operation including error analysis and – correcting and performance optimization. System development: The execution and planning of system copies, upgrades, patches and release changes is an important part of your core tasks. User accounts: In cooperation with the departments, you manage the permissions and user accounts in the SAP system landscape. Management at operating system level (Linux): You are responsible for the administration of the operating system and troubleshooting, as well as optimization. Support and administration of the SAP BTP platform:You are responsible for the administration of the individual cloud services that are covered by the BTP platform. SAP HANA: You are part of the project team and support the team in the SAP S/4HANA Introduction. Project work: You provide technical support for SAP projects and are contact persons for internal and external partners. Processes in SAP: Monitoring and documenting processes is part of your task. In addition, the automation of recurring processes is an important part of your work. Technical support & training: You provide technical support for problems and train the SAP key users.

Completed training as a specialist informatics or completed study of economic informatics or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basic Administration Ideally basic knowledge in other SAP modules Experience in transportation, permissions, RFC connections and interfaces Knowledge of system architecture Ideal experience with SAP S/4HANA Experience in the creation of training documents and system documentation Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working Communication strength and ability to understand complex technical issues Flowing German and English skills Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
