Mechanic/mechatronics technician as service technician (m/f/d)

You are the TELOGS service specialist on site with our customers and carry out maintenance, inspections, repairs and tests there. You take care of the customer. Even if you are not on site, you are a contact person and plan your operations together with the central deployment planning. You write and arrange documentation and inventory of your customers to be ready with solutions at any time.

You have a completed training as an industrial mechanic, (Kfz-) mechatronic, electronics engineer for operating technology or a comparable professional experience with qualified knowledge from maintenance and electrical, control and drive technology. You are committed and show a strong customer and service orientation. You are strong in communication – both inward and toward our customers. You know what responsibility, reliability and quality awareness mean and live these values. You have at least the class B driving licence and are ready for Germany-wide and sporadic European applications where you work directly with our customers. You are height-fitting and it doesn't matter to do your work in the high-bay warehouse. You are ready to take on the call for unscheduled customer deployments at fixed intervals and to be on the move from time to time on weekends.
