Sales Direct Retail Consultant (d/w/m) Digital Munich, Bavaria, Germany

You advise private customers on demand-oriented and holistic with the help of technical sales and service programs. You convey property, life and health insurance business through independent acquisition and process digital leads from various distribution channels using digital media with camera, image and sound transmission. You achieve your goals through new business, targeted and active stock expansion, as well as through cancellation avoidance depending on current measures, campaigns and actions. You plan, promote and acquire new and multi-business in the insurance business (life, property and medical products) from existing stocks. You collect customer data and consent declarations as part of your sales activity and maintain them in the technical sales and service programs. You contribute to projects and other tasks for the further development of the organisational unit.

A completed commercial training in the financial services sector. Competence in the insurance business, in particular in private insurance and provision in the fields of property, life and sick. Sales digital competence and secure handling of IT tools. Market and competitive knowledge as well as experience in the private customer sector. A pronounced customer and sales orientation with demonstrable successes in telephone or media distribution. A high level of motivation, self-initiative and fun at customer contact and team. Communication strength and persuasive power combined with a final-oriented operation. Willingness to change and joy in trying and redesigning.
