Working Student Sales Operations & Product Management (m/f/d)

Customer communication & support You are a contact point for consumer-side queries about our products as part of enquiries from our trading partners and ensure smooth communication. You take complaints, document them carefully and coordinate further processing. Sales operations & administration You collect and check orders and make sure that all data is stored correctly in the system. You care for customer and master data and ensure their topicality and quality. You'll start regular reports and help you make sales figures understandable. You support the team in general administrative activities. Market Research & project work You research market trends, competitors and target groups and actively contribute your findings to the team. You support ongoing projects in product and sales management. You will participate in projects in market research, data analysis and process optimization.

You are a registered student in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable degree course. You work independently, reliably and keep track of changing topics. Communication lies to you – whether by e-mail, telephone or in direct exchange with the team. You are sure to go with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; Knowledge in PowerPoint is advantageous. You are interested in topics such as data management and artificial intelligence (AI); Prior knowledge is welcome, but no requirement. You are ideally available 15 to 20 hours per week; the working hours can be flexibly adjusted.
