Employee Tariffs & Market Observation (m/f/d)

You observe the energy market and analyze current tariffs, product offers and bundles on comparison portals and competitors websites From your market observations, you derive relevant impulses for the further development of our products and tariffs and actively introduce them Our existing tariff world regularly check for optimization potentials and identify necessary price adjustment needs Create new tariffs based on defined specifications and implement them in our automated tariff calculation tool On the basis of our costing tools, you prepare price adjustments independently and carry them through As an interface to price comparison platforms, ensure ongoing exchange and coordinate the relevant voting You build appropriate KPIs for customer satisfaction and customer journey, evaluate the data obtained and derive relevant findings from it Together with the controlling, you design the technical development of a data interface and agree to the necessary data and requirements

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Ideally knowledge of the energy industry or experience in the tariff, product or sales environment Impressed analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers, data and digital processes Structured and careful working and a high sense of responsibility Own initiative and the ability to identify optimization potentials and to introduce your own ideas Joy in cross-departmental cooperation and exchange with external partners
