We are looking for you for the City Combating of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay.

In the Property Tax Department, the basic tax, the waste water, waste water and walking distance cleaning fees and the secondary housing tax are fixed. In connection with the setting of the above charges, decisions on cessation, suspension and redundancy are taken in this area.

A job that enthuses you

• You are responsible for the substantive examination of the collection of ownership changes, if necessary Arrangements of changes, final decisions on repayments due to changes in ownership and the adoption of secondary claims including acquisitions
• Examination of basic tax data, coordination of types of levies, processing of fault logs and notifications in special cases also belongs to your tasks

Your profile that suits us

• a degree as an administrative manager, administrative specialist or a completed first examination according to the payment order (VKA, before. Employer's course I), financial economist in the middle service of the General Finance Administration or a completed commercial or comparable three-year training as far as possible with experience in a public administration
• good MS Office knowledge, also desirable are knowledge in the EDV applications SAP and KM-V
• Advantages are expertise and legal knowledge in tax and administrative law
• good oral and written expressability in the German language
