In this job, it is your task to implement BIM methodology in our complex infrastructure construction projects, with your focus on 5D modeling (with cost and quantity reference) This also includes creating standards and processes for the BIM applications of the DB Bahnbau Group with cost and quantity reference and using them in the construction projects. You create and confide independently model-based calculations (BIM models in 5D) in the offer and execution phase of our construction projects Specifically, this means that you create model-based calculations in the sense of a work costing as a target 5D model and continue these 5D models during the construction execution. You first set-actual comparisons of 5D modelling, evaluate model-based calculation as well as their set-actual comparisons with the project participants and transfer the results to the 5D model You also take care of creating templates for standardizing 5D modeling as an object database You are responsible for the timely data processing and transfer of the 5D models to the project participants, ensure the careful calculation of the 5D model and ensure professional model-based calculations Your exciting task will be rounded off by introducing your ideas for continuous development and improvement of our work and implementing the necessary measures.

Your profile:
