As an academic teaching hospital of the Medical Faculty of the University of Hamburg, we offer innovative treatment concepts in 20 specialized centers. We are looking full-time for 40 hours a week from 01.10.2026, support for our Chief Medical Secretariat of the Departments of Diagnostics and Interventional Radiology, Anesthesiology, Intensive Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Pain Therapy. Structured schedule: You prepare chef appointments before and after and organize meetings, business trips and events on their own and reliable basis. Professional coordination of events: The coordination of personnel planning processes, including the preparation of personnel requirements, take place in close coordination with other secretariats and specialist departments. Zuverlässiger BÃ1⁄4roservice: You perform general office services such as post-processing, storage, office supplies, correspondence, telephone calls, and patient care. Secure communication interface: You communicate with internal and external contacts and take on further organizational and administrative tasks. Flexible representation: In the framework of the Representation Regulation, you will assist other secretariats during periods of holiday or illness after consultation.

Ideally, you bring professional experience in a comparable position, from a clinic secretariat or a doctor's practice. You are safe in handling Microsoft Office and Outlook. You are characterized by excellent communication capabilities. You work self-sufficiently and structured and have a sophisticated organizational talent.
