Our team Commercial in the Group Legal Division manages and supervises all legal matters of the OBI Group in close cooperation with the operational departments. As a leading international omnichannel trading company, our legal area is of great economic and strategic importance for us. Legal advice: Full legal support for the purchase of commercial goods, services and other services of the OBI Group and related areas Contract design: Own-responsible creation, testing and negotiation of national and international contracts (including purchase, supply and service contracts) Sustainability: Legal support of the OBI Sustainability Strategy Project work: Legal support for projects and innovation projects in these areas

Qualification: Full jury:in with at least satisfactory examina Professional experience: at least 3 years of relevant professional practice in the legal department of an internationally active company or in a renowned business law firm Purchasing Law: profound expertise in the design of purchasing and supply contracts Contract law: negotiating knowledge in general economic and contractual law, ideally in the context of (large) trade Languages: German and English knowledge for legal communication in the international environment Working method: Embossed economic understanding combined with the ability to introduce complex legal situations in a comprehensible and solution-oriented manner into the operating processes of a wholesale company
