Calculator in track construction and civil engineering (m/f/d)

You carry out the offer processing and costing of track and civil engineering projects and also develop special suggestions and offers. You set up performance directories with the corresponding contractual bases according to VOB and BGB and determine the performance levels. You evaluate tender documents and identify echnological, logistical and contractual opportunities and risks. To do this, you drive to on-site terminals with a building manager or alone to check and assess the conditions and feasibility on site. You will then participate in the order launch, as well as bidder and award talks. You determine and evaluate additional, non-contractual services of the construction sites. As an interface function, you agree closely with the construction managers, procurement, controlling and management. You conduct market research and identify potential construction projects of the future.

A completed study as an engineer, e.g. civil engineering or road construction, or a technical training, e.g. as a technician in construction or comparable technical training. Ideally, first professional experience in track construction, civil engineering or other areas of the construction industry, e.g. as a construction manager, calculator, calculator or work preparator (m/w/d). Knowledge of building contract (VOB or other) and user knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ideally BRZ Bau). A structured, independent way of working and a high degree of sense of responsibility with a hand-on mentality. A clear and effective communication style in German (C-Level) with clients and colleagues on site and on the phone. Fun at work in the team and to initiate communication with colleagues. A valid driving permit class B.
