This position is occupied by Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Neubrandenburg. As Head of System Support Center (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the technical and personnel operation of the System Support Centre (SysUstgZ) in the TaWAN project at the locations Neubrandenburg. You conduct all organizational, strategic and operational activities and are responsible for stakeholder management - i.e. You act as a primary contact for clients, visitors, partner companies and service providers. As a contact person for public administration, you coordinate all relevant interfaces and maintain a trusted cooperation with authorities and institutions. Your tasks: Ensuring the compliant performance of SysUstgZ in training, administration and maintenance Budget responsibility and reporting, establishing and monitoring compliance with performance indicators Technical and disciplinary management of the operating personnel representation, stakeholder management and communication with internal and external parties Contact to public administration and authorities, including negotiations Creating and ensuring compliance and efficiency of operational processes Strategic and operational control and further development of the SysUstgZ incl. possibly necessary sales activities

Long-term work as a training and teaching officer Long-term use as trainers, e.g. at a military school and military leadership (fighting/reporting force) Complete study or training comparable to a master, technician or Bachelor degree in the field of technology, economic engineering or business management Knowledge of budget planning, contracting and personnel management Funded knowledge in project and process management High level of initiative, social competence, organisational capacity and sense of responsibility Intercultural competences and experiences, e.g. from experience of use, desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing Mobility and readiness for occasional missions
