Kühne+Nagel continues to grow - and takes stock logistics for a new, world-leading industrial customer in Hamburg-Altenwerder. As a process engineer (m/w/d) analysingst processes, develops improvements, conducts optimization projects and accompany the introduction of new processes to the Go level. After the start, you take on the continuous improvement in running operations: you drive efficiency, quality and automation forward and train employees. Come on aboard and join us from the first day! Analysis, evaluation and optimization of existing processes and introduction of new processes in close coordination with the specialist departments Management of projects to increase quality and productivity, e.g. of CVP or DMAIC projects and support of operational management in implementing derived measures Creation and training of employees Development, evaluation and interpretation of operational key figures Participation in the implementation of ISO and quality standards in QSHE Function as a link between operating areas and IT departments for logistics systems

A successfully completed commercial or technical study - alternatively an apprenticeship, e.g. the specialist for warehouse logistics, supplemented by suitable further training. High process affinity and first practical experience in process optimization. Secure MS Office knowledge and a pronounced IT affinity. Very good analytical skills, a structured working method and high self-motivation. Strong communication skills in German as well as persuasiveness in exchange with different target groups - from employees to management to customers
