Financial statements & Reporting Self-employed creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for GmbHs and GmbH & Co. KGs according to trade and tax law and partly according to IFRS and KAGB, in particular for equity and real estate companies. Participation in consolidation

Processing of complex accounting to the financial statements, including with several object accounting circles, pre-tax divisions, § 15a-UStG registers as well as sales tax peculiarities in real estate companies and foreign currency cheques (SAP/DATEV incl. interfaces and companies online).

Reporting & disclosure Creation of attachments by HGB and annual reports by KAGB as well as disclosure (by means of Datev Wizard or XML Direct Filing)

Taxes & notifications Creation of tax returns for corporations and GmbH & Co. KGs (USt, KSt, GewSt, findings, E-Bilanz) and external economic and statistical reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank.

Complete studies in the field of taxes, business management or a comparable focus

You have at least five years of relevant professional experience in a tax advisory or audit office

You have good knowledge of English, especially for the processing of technical facts and correspondence
