Expert Marketplace (m/f/d)

Sales and sales planning at monthly level as part of the sales planning process Active trading and management of marketplaces including Expansion to national and international marketplaces with the clear objective of continuously maximising efficiency and profitability Own-responsible, daily control and optimization of marketplace activities (e.g. pricing, follow-up of actions, goods allocation, assortment management) on all relevant platforms Proactive identification and implementation of revenue and profitability increases through targeted, data-based measures and actions Close cooperation with the Brand Team with a view to campaign and budget planning Fast response to market changes and the competitive environment with ad-hoc measures Development and control of efficient campaigns including evaluation of the ROI Daily monitoring and control of all relevant marketplace KPIs, reporting of performance and deriving concrete action Planning, control and control of goods availability and stocks with a focus on optimal capital retention Continuous competition analysis and active optimization of product listings and sales strategies Close cooperation with technical service providers and middleware integrators to ensure smooth processes and technical developments Compliance with efficient accounting and accounting processes

Complete business studies or comparable commercial training, ideally focusing on e-commerce / marketplace business At least 3 years of proven experience in operating and active management of large marketplaces including trading responsibility Strongly pronounced analytical and conceptual skills; detectable experience in data-driven performance optimization Excellent understanding of marketplace processes, commercial logic and price/sortiment control Independent, KPI- and sales-oriented mode of operation and the will to achieve results High-quality personality with high self-initiative and sense of responsibility English language skills
