In order to strengthen our team in Augsburg, Ulm or Nuremberg, we are now looking for a lawyer (m|w|d) tax design.

Your duties

• Advising our large medium-sized companies and business groups
• proactive tax design: inter alia, intra-group restructuring, cross-border issues, M&A projects and business successes
• Management of audits and management of appeal procedures

Your profile

• Completion of law studies with two convincing Examina
• at least two years of professional experience in tax law
• Tax consultant title or planning of the tax consultant exam in the near future
• Services with a reliable and professional operation
• Team player and consulting personality
