Specialist Risk & Continuous Monitoring (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in risk management, we are looking for a dedicated personality that actively shapes our processes. In this role, you are significantly involved in identifying, monitoring and managing risks and ensuring compliance with our quality standards. Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Independent implementation of the “Risk and Permanent Control” requirements according to the requirements of our headquarters for testing the areas:

• Loan business
• Finance and accounting
• Operational risks
• Other risks such as strategic risks and residual risks Monitoring, sound analysis and reporting of operational risks and the timely notification of the corresponding reports to the headquarters. Conception, coordination and implementation of risk-related requirements and evaluations for management, risk management, internal specialist departments and the headquarters. Creation of quarterly risk reporting to our headquarters as well as active participation in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations for risk meeting. Ensuring compliance through consistent implementation of all risk-relevant and supervisory requirements.

Successful basis: A completed study of business management (BWL), financial management or commercial training (preferably as a bank businessman) with first relevant professional experience. Expertise: First practical experience in controlling or reporting is an advantage. Future orientation: First contact points or experiences in the field of artificial intelligence are a plus. IT-Affinity: Good knowledge in dealing with MS Office as well as with databases desirable. Personality: An independent, analytical method coupled with high reliability, loadability and pronounced communication capability. Language competence: Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing for smooth communication with our international headquarters.
