Your mission You actively shape our brand presence in wholesale, e-commerce and key accounts. For DACH‐ you implement trade marketing measures together with the French marketing team – structured and independent. Implementation of Trade Marketing Activities (Retail & Digital) in close coordination with product and sales teams Development of customer-specific marketing plans for wholesalers and key accounts Optimization of brand presence on E‐Com platforms and support in promotion & content activities Close cooperation with the field service and the French marketing team Planning, organisation and participation in industry events, seminars and congresses for the DACH region Creation and dispatch of press releases incl. Follow-up Analysis and reporting of marketing activities
Completed studies in the field of BWL/Marketing or comparable training First experiences in trade marketing, ideally in the beauty/FMCG environment Strongly pronounced number affinity, structured thinking and analytical approach Very good knowledge of German and good English; French skills are a plus Joy in cross-functional cooperation, especially with our French marketing team Creative thinking, hand-on mentality and pronounced self-employment Organisational skills, flexibility and willingness to participate in a dynamic environment
