This brings the job

• Responsibility for the payroll of 50 employees and 20 pensioners
• Contact persons for employees and managers in all personal questions
• Management of certification and time recording
• Processing of holiday requests and absence messages
• Close cooperation with the management to optimize personal processes
• Support of the recruiting team and support of employees in the onboarding process

Your strengths

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of personnel or tax
• At least 2 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of time recording systems and ideally DATEV
• independent and precise operation with an eye for details
• Ideally first experience in accounting
