to carry out risk and compliance analyses independently, to carry out and conduct effective controls in the context of audits, and to carry out specific compliance projects Editing compliance messages, researching and evaluating relationships to take over the relevant legislative screening, to adapt compliance rules and to take over the function of the human rights officer after the LkSG Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in cooperation with the Compliance Officer (m/w/d) of the Group to develop the Group-wide compliance management system, to represent it and to support the reporting to supervisory bodies and management in an increasingly regula­tive environment, to develop and strengthen the compliance culture of the Badenenova Group

equipped with relevant studies or training, ideally with a focus on economics, industrial engineering, economic law or the like, and a knowledge of basic compliance regulations in the business environment, for example in the fields of compliance, risk management or audit, and willing to take responsibility to carry out compliance projects and audits independently equipped with a strong consulting and persuasive ability, team play and good address-oriented communication – so you can translate complex facts into an understandable language structured, detailed and pragmatically acting with a self-contained working method as well as sovereign, moral integrity and respectful in dealing with employees safe in the use of the German language and able to communicate at least at level C1 in professional and social situations
