Venture Lead (m/f/d)

What do you expect? Strategic responsibility: You assume the overall responsibility for the development and implementation of a new product – including the control of profit and loss account and balance sheet figures. Product development: You conduct all phases of product development – from idea to market start – in close cooperation with sales, marketing, account management and operations. Market analysis: You analyze market trends and customer needs and derive innovative product ideas and optimization measures. Stakeholder Management: You represent the product inside and outside, coordinate relevant stakeholders and work closely with strategy and innovation teams. Risk management: You recognise operational and strategic risks early on and develop targeted risk mitigation measures.

What are you doing? Multiannual experience: You have over 5–8 years of professional experience in areas such as start-ups, product development, corporate strategy or innovation. Successful projects: You have already proven that you can successfully develop and implement products and business models. Leadership & Collaboration: You bring experience in cross-functional leadership, take care of stakeholder management and move confidently to C level. Industry Knowledge: You know the specificities of the healthcare industry and understand the requirements of the market. Strategic vision: You think clearly and purposefully under uncertainty – and trade accordingly. Communication strength: You convince with clear, address-oriented communication – in German and English alike. .
