Your duties include the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and the management of the department, taking into account laws, standards, contracts, budgets and timelines. Furthermore, you are responsible for the work organisation and personnel deployment planning to ensure a timely performance. In addition, you develop the department strategically and operationally, guide targets from the company's requirements and consistently implement them. In addition, design and optimize work processes, methods and tools within the responsibility area and promote the standardization of development processes. You coordinate and support development volumes with the focus on wheel vehicles, coordinate closely with internal and external interfaces and represent development results to customers.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of machine or vehicle construction or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring at least ten years of experience in military vehicle construction or in a comparable environment. In addition, you have at least five years of leadership experience in group or team management.
