Your tasks:

• You will forward incoming calls to the right contacts. • The secretariat tasks (post processing, ordering) are carried out in your own responsibility. • They are available as an important contact person in all administrative and cash issues. • You check the rental and payment inputs.

• After consultation, they commission the necessary repair and maintenance work in the house.

• They work closely with the management and other colleagues and support them in all administrative work.

Your profile:

• They have a successfully completed vocational training as a merchant for office communication, office man / office man or a comparable qualification.

• Ideally, you could collect your professional experience in a similar social area.

• They maintain an appreciative and respectful handling of our clients and cooperation partners.

• In dealing with the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) you are safe.
