Data Quality Manager / Business Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Understanding the business relevance of existing and new data requirements and developing concepts and initiatives to measure and improve data quality Structure of the discipline Master Data Quality including definition and coordination of the associated business processes Collection of requirements for an IT tool environment, development and coordination of a corresponding strategy With your expertise, you continuously improve and develop data quality in the company and recognize changes in business and industry requirements at an early stage Development of data quality standards and implementation of these in the global organization Developing a strategy with regard to the collection of data quality rules for the measurement of data quality and efficient implementation of regular and ad hoc measurements of data quality in local systems Analysis of data, data structures and data quality, as well as close coordination with data owners with the aim of providing global data quality assessments Definition of effective measures to increase data quality Analysis and Evaluation of New Approaches in Automation / AI Participation in the spread of the data governance concept Participation in the S4 HANA project in the field of MDM, particularly in the context of migration and data pre-treatment

Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable Experience in a data quality-oriented function in a technical or commercial context Experience in the initiation and implementation of data purification initiatives Comprehensive knowledge of the (SAP) data model and procedures for the management of data quality and data protection A high level of experience with concepts and strategies for change management, including communication, culture change and design of systems for performance measurement Excellent analytical skills with focus on details and problem-solving competence Knowledge and experience in data catalogs, data governance, as well as tools for measuring and improving data quality Knowledge in SQL, data structures, BI tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI Long-standing experience in project management and implementation of optimization projects Team and compromise capability, but also enforcement ability and self-initiative Very good knowledge of German and English optimally also French knowledge
