• Power down tests

• Maintenance and testing of large internal plants (e.g. RLT plants) Use in a challenging and technically interesting object in Frankfurt am Main Complete technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK, in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary (HKLS) or supply technology / TGA, Ideally further training to the master or technician or comparable additional qualifications Multiannual professional experience in technical object operation, facility management or building management Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Experience in using CAFM systems, ideally Remuss Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a professional, safe occurrence Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Experience and permission to carry out: Hygiene tests according to VDI 6022 (ventilation) VDI 6023 (drinking water) VDI 2047 (coolers)
