Specialist Customs & Transport (m/f/d)

Customs processing Import and export: You carry out import-relevant processes and create the necessary customs documents for export, e.g. ABD and ATR. Standard data and authorisations: You maintain regular customs data, such as tariff numbers, and manage customs authorisations at the site, such as ZE, ZV and ZA. Customs requirements: You implement customs office requirements, coordinate customs checks and ensure proper documentation. Export control and proof of origin: You carry out export controls and take care of the application and the issue of supplier declarations and certificates of origin. Transport coordination: You coordinate deliveries, deliveries, direct journeys and returns in close coordination with forwarding and internal interfaces. Speditions and damage processing: You prepare price negotiations with forwarding, accompany these technical and processing transport damage. Auditing and controlling: You check and release customs and transport relevant invoices and keep the corresponding costs in mind.

At least three years of relevant professional experience in customs, export processing and/or transport logistics Finded knowledge in customs, ideally supplemented by completed customs courses or comparable training Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with ATLAS or comparable duty-relevant systems Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Excellent sense of responsibility as well as a good understanding of legal and process requirements Team orientation, communication strength and loadability in daily business
