That's what you expect: As a central contact person, you conduct the operational integration management (BEM) independently according to § 167 para. 2 SGB IX by

You contact affected employees and conduct structured first and subsequent discussions across Germany

Employees and executives are advised by you, and you develop individual reintegration and solution strategies

Talks between internal and external stakeholders, e.g. executives, business physicians or reha-carriers, are moderated by you

You document all process steps GDPR compliant and perceive the confidentiality of sensitive data

AU data is analyzed by you, compiled meaningful statistics, and appropriate measures are derived and accompanied

The continuous development of the BEM process, in particular with regard to digitalization, is an active step forward

In addition, you initiate and accompany projects in occupational health management

That's what distinguishes you: You have several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the operative, and ideally have an additional qualification in the operational integration management

Secure knowledge of labour law, SGB IX and data protection

Embossed analytical skills as well as safe handling of AU data, reporting tools and statistical evaluations are your strengths

Safe handling of common HR systems as well as MS Office applications, especially Excel, is of course for you

Through empathy and a clear, binding way of communication you convince in daily exchange

A structured and careful way of working as well as an overview of complex issues complete your profile
