Business development for the insurance industry in Germany Long-term and consistent expansion of customer relationships Design and control of the entire acquisition process Management of tenders and creation of offers with independent negotiation of contract details Observation of the market, analysis and qualification of customer requirements and independent identification of business potentials In this position you are a lot on the go: regular Germany-wide / Europe-wide service trips are part of your everyday life, in addition you can work in our offices and hybrid

Completed study and multi-year professional experience in a consulting company or an IT service provider Well-developed and resilient network in the insurance industry, as well as eloquent engagement at management and decision-making levels Solid expertise in one or more segments of the insurance industry Enthusiasm for digital transformation in the insurance industry and the use of technological solutions Sensitivity for customer needs and identification of new solutions in line with our performance portfolio Secure interaction in a complex matrix organization to build needs-based solutions for our customers Structured and solution-oriented operation You bring very good knowledge of German and English (ab B2 level) Joy of sales
