Since 1995, LOOKSfilm has been bringing award-winning documentation, series and films for the biggest names in the industry on screen and screen. Our productions tell moving stories and celebrate successes with the largest TV stations, VoD platforms and major festivals. An international team of almost 80 colleagues develops, finances and produces film and series projects at the locations Leipzig, Berlin, Magdeburg, Hamburg, Warsaw and Vienna in cooperation with an exciting network of global partners.

In the background, one of the most modern technology stacks in the industry is running. Our ERP, DMS, PMS and MAM systems are hosted on-premise, deeply interlinked and supported AI during operation. These 'operating systems' are designed and developed continuously.

Design and implement AI applications Implementation of solutions that reduce support needs and largely automate job creation, access and systems Operation, gearing and further development of our industry-leading technology stack: ERP, DMS, PMS and MAM – on-premise hosted, networked and AI-assisted Responsibility of our IT infrastructure: servers, storage, network WLAN and terminals Architecture and strategic development of the entire IT system landscape – on-premise and cloud Administration and support of operating systems and software, license management IT Security: Implementation and development of security concepts, backup and recovery strategies Partners:in for the entire team at IT questions – from fast help to sustainable solution In-house support: first and second level support for around 80 colleagues: in multiple locations – from setting up new jobs to solving acute problems

Complete study of (economic) informatics, information technology or a comparable qualification – alternatively equivalent experience through professional practice and further education Experience in the automation of IT processes (scripting, AI-based tools, self-service solutions) with the aim of reducing manual support expenditure sound experience with server and network infrastructures Experience in the direct user support (first/second level) as well as in the operation of server and network infrastructure – you cover both sides of IT alike Experience with IT security concepts, firewall management and backup/recovery strategies ideally experience with connected enterprise systems (ERP, DMS, PMS, MAM or comparable) and interest in their AI-based development Proactivity, service providerness and passion for solving problems Willingness to develop new topics independently and share knowledge in the team Team spirit, communication strength and a structured, independent way of working Current German or English
