We are looking for the next time Production Manager (w/m/d) for our plant in Spenge (Holz) in full time (37 hours/week)

You control and coordinate the internal production processes and, in close coordination with the operating management, ensure time-, quality- and economical production You plan the need-oriented use of our employees in our wood production You ensure the availability of materials and tools along the entire process chain and ensure a smooth production process You monitor the proper collection of working hours and production bookings and initiate appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations You ensure compliance with our quality standards and regularly review quality assurance measures - especially in the areas of order, cleanliness and plant maintenance You carry out continuous quality controls and actively contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes You ensure consistent compliance and monitoring of all requirements in occupational and health protection in your area of responsibility You are responsible for the receipt of goods and the coordination of the storage and the scheduled shipment for our projects

You have a successfully completed training for the carpenter (w/m/d), state-tested wood technician (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have the additional qualification as instructors (w/m/d) You bring at least five years of professional experience in the production of a woodworking company You have experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees You have well-founded knowledge in the common woodworking machines (e.g. CNC) as well as in the safe handling of MS Office and CAD applications Experiences with ERP systems complete your profile You bring sense of responsibility, commitment and a strong communication and enforcement strength with You work independently, structured and reliable and are characterised by a pronounced team orientation
