Successfully completed training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification with well-founded professional experience in the home administration. Funded knowledge in real estate law combined with a secure handling of Microsoft Office and industry-specific home management software such as ideally DOMUS. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a high self-motivation, flexibility and strong readiness to learn for the independent care of your stocks. Communication strength and negotiation skills for the sovereign and service-oriented exchange with tenants, owners and service providers in combination with team capacity.
