Energy Consultant - Renovation / Building Technology (m/f/d)

You are analysing the energetic state of residential buildings and, on this basis, you will develop understandable renovation concepts for the owners. In close cooperation with our planning team, you will derive concrete refurbishment measures and evaluate their economic viability. You identify the appropriate public funding for the planned measures and accompany the owners: active in the application. You act as a central contact person during the rehabilitation phase and ensure smooth communication between all parties.

You have a qualification as an energy consultant or a craft training (e.g. as a carpenter, rooftop, sanitary, heating) with relevant professional experience in this field. You are passionate about the refurbishment of residential buildings and are familiar with the current energy policy framework. A structured and customer-oriented way of working is obvious to you. It is fun to prepare complex technical facts easily and understandably for customers. Since you are in direct customer contact, you will certainly communicate in German (C1 level).
