Construction and operation of a container platform based on OpenShift Implementation of server operation in the Enterprise Linux and AIX environment, independent implementation of commissioning, update and recovery Operation and further development of the Ansible automation platform Creating operating documents and concepts Development of end-to-end solution architectures for complex IT systems, focusing on Linux, container technologies and cloud-native designs that are using regulatory Development of end-to-end solution architectures for complex IT systems focusing on Linux, container technologies and cloud-native designs that are consistent with regulatory requirements Conception, evaluation and further development of end-to-end services - from technical architecture to operational maturity (e.g. “Container as a Service”, hybrid cloud solutions) Creation of architectural blueprints, service descriptions, SLAs and technical decision templates Ensuring that new solutions are integrated into the existing service and governance landscape and ensuring operation, security and compliance Close cooperation with service owners, operations, architecture, IT security and project teams Support in service transfer and building sustainable operating models Analysis of new technologies, market trends and tools to further develop Group-wide platform and infrastructure services Participation in architectural and design boards as well as in group-wide IT bodies Working in international project teams Coordination and control of external service providers The position can be occupied at the locations Kiel, Düsseldorf, Bremen and all other Rhine metal locations.

Multiannual professional experience in enterprise Linux, containerization, architectural roles in the group environment Security in the application and creation of scripts / Playbooks for automation in Ansible or Puppet Experience in technical project management and certifications in the Linux environment desirable Experience in curing systems (e.g. CIS benchmarks) desirable Funded expertise in Linux system architecture as well as container and orchestration technologies (especially RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes) Experience with APls, microservices architectures and cloud-native design batteries in the hybrid cloud environment Wide understanding of complex IT infrastructures including Virtualization, Storage (NetApp), Backup (Commvault) and ServiceNow Integration Knowledge of SAP landscapes in the context of solution architectures is advantageous Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Migration of On-Premise Workloads in Cloud Environments Experience in the service design according to ITIL as well as in architectural methods (e.g. 8.
