You are responsible for the production of our high-quality color concentrates from the brand Caparol Industrial Solutions. You control and monitor modern, partially or fully automatic production plants – e.g. for rubber and plastic extrusion. You set up the systems independently and ensure a smooth production process. You assemble the raw materials you need and pay attention to an exact mixture according to recipe. You always keep the quality and quantity of work orders in mind and make sure everything goes according to plan. Taking into account the employment security measures, you are involved in eliminating disruptions and problem solutions.

You have completed an industrial-technical training (e.g. as a chemical or process mechanic) – or you have already been able to gain first experience in the machine operation of a production company (shore beginners are welcome). You work independently, reliable and think solution-oriented. You value teamwork and actively engage in a collegial environment. You have organizational skills and have a good sense of quality. You bring willingness to work in the 3-shift system. A forklift licence is desirable, but no need.
