You guide and develop the branch manager of your region. As an experienced Sparring partner, you can support them in all operational topics - from the MRP and scale to the entire plant operation. Reporting directly to the regional managing director, you transform our vision into real results. You are an integral part of the South Management Team and actively shape our processes to get the maximum out of the region. You keep the threads in your hands - from strategic planning to success control. The operational and economic performance of your region is your responsibility. You opt for the use of personnel, fleet and resources. Your goal: A smooth day business that perfectly combines cost-effectiveness and sustainability. You bring several years of experience in managing operational units or locations, ideally in the logistics, disposal or service industry. You understand how to inspire teams, manage them clearly and increase efficiency, quality and satisfaction equally through targeted measures. Local presence is the key to strong cooperation. You care about personal contact and guide your teams with empathy instead of hierarchies. Through your clear communication and your enthusiasm, you create an environment based on trust and self-responsibility. Your entrepreneurial vision is the basis for sound, data-driven decisions in a complex environment. You are consistently trading solution-oriented and bringing the necessary portion of courage to leave incoming ways and set new standards. You are familiar with relevant legal regulations, safety standards and processes in the waste and logistics industry.
