Management of IT Due Diligence for Acquisition, Sale or Distributions Support for licensing and contract reviews, participation in migration activities and other topics in the context of specific M&A implementation activities Assessment of infrastructure, applications, data, contracts, cloud/hosting cyber security, technical debt, integration risks and synergies Construction, maintenance and further development of the IT M&A governance model Defining and implementing standards and repeatable processes for IT due diligence as well as the planning and implementation of breakdowns/integrations to ensure consistency, quality and efficiency Coordination of the legal, financial and operational processes of IT transaction activities with the Vehicle Systems Europe-M&A program

This location can be occupied at the locations in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel or Unterlüß.

Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, business management or comparable Professional experience in the field of M&A, IT strategy, IT architecture management and/or IT project and program management Experience in the Group environment and multi-stakeholder management Very good English skills in word and writing Structured and result-oriented operation Hands-on mentality Representative readiness to travel
