Expert DevSecOps Process Automation (m/w/d) Stellen-ID: 276914 What awaits you: As an expert DevSecOps (m/w/d), you will ensure the 24/7 availability and high performance of all responsible platforms and applications. You analyze and optimize the systems continuously and build effective monitoring. You coordinate and drive the independent, targeted processing of tasks and handle complex incidents. You work closely with development units, external suppliers and service providers. You participate in the design of modern software architectures for IT systems and cloud environments and participate in the creation of technical specifications and software requirements. You increase software quality through systematic error analysis in incident and problem management, perform regular reviews with development, testing and delivery teams and implement safe, performant and scalable software components. You carry out independently tests according to contemporary, suitable test methods, using existing concepts and procedures. You will ensure the operational capability of new solutions by introducing operational requirements early on and actively supporting the feasibility and implementation phases. You continuously develop reporting, monitoring and alarming through analysis and optimization of procedures and methods. You monitor capacity management system utilisation and, if necessary, introduce appropriate measures to stabilise or expand. You define further development measures for platforms and infrastructure and meet sound decisions on their implementation. You are contact:into all users of the responsible applications, systems and platforms, including Sales, Customer Operations, Enterprise and Network. You represent the department in internal bodies and with partners for the coordination and implementation of process changes. You support the maintenance and further development of the handling tools used by filling and service units.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed studies in computer science, natural, engineering or economics, or information technology training. At least 5-6 years of professional experience in IT in the development or operation of complex system landscapes. Found experience with the operation of applications. Knowledge of operating systems (e.g. AIX /HP-UX/ Sun Solaris/ Linux/ Windows) Automation or ticketing systems (e.g. Remedy) Databases (e.g. Oracle/PostgreSQL) and standard applications (ideally BMC ERP/CRM/ Billing/ Mediation)

Found programming knowledge in Python, Unix Shell programming, Unix Command Line Tools, Java, REST. Good understanding of complex IT landscapes and their connections, profound experience with CI/CD toolchains (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Secure handling of SQL and advanced knowledge in PLSQL scripting. Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Helmet), safe handling of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and ''Infrastructure as Code'' (e.g. Terraform, Ansible). Good experience with monitoring tools log analysis (e.g. Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog). Analytical, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action. Good knowledge of ITIL processes and their practical application. Trust with DevSecOps principles. Experience with agile methods like Scrum. Funded network and protocol identifiers, especially TCP/IP routing, http protocol, REST APIs as well as experience in load balancing. High customer orientation and the ability to win and bind customers in the long term. Innovation and risk-taking. Multiannual project experience (e.g. migration projects, introduction of new software etc.). Experience in intercultural communication and cooperation. The ability to prepare complex facts in an address-oriented manner. High loadability and sovereign handling also in critical situations. Flowing and expert knowledge of English in word and writing (C1nach GER). Flowing German knowledge in word and writing or the willingness to learn this timely.
