What we plan together: Do you want to understand how e-commerce business models are controlled and co-designed? Then you're right with us! Be part of our team and support us in developing the controlling for our e-commerce business models - towards an agile, data-driven control. In our role as internal consultants and savings partners, we work closely with management. We question existing approaches, develop concrete solutions and test them directly in business. You will get insight into the controlling everyday and take on your own topics and smaller projects.

Our work is characterised by short voting cycles, clear priorities (OKR) and a high degree of self-responsibility and allows you to work flexibly from home, remote or hybrid.

What you do with us: You work on specific questions: You help us identify first applications for AI in controlling and accompany first implementations You actively participate in the selection and design of a driver-based planning and forecast solution You develop new control approaches: You support the further development of our approach towards Beyond Budgeting You're using: Introducing Power BI, developing our reporting and target group-oriented visualization and processing of results (storytelling) You take responsibility: You will work on your own topics or smaller projects from analysis to implementation
