In Leipzig we are looking for you as soon as possible SENIOR CONSULTANT / ASSOCIATE (all genders) REAL ESTATE Tasks & Responsibility: You're expecting Lead and edit exciting assessment projects and due diligence processes for individual real estate and portfolios of all asset classes, for national and international customers: Taxes and create individual and portfolio opinions (English/German), according to national and international procedures and develop complex real estate and market analyses - based, concise and customer-oriented Accompanying exciting investment projects by creating and maintaining Financial Models (Excel and VBA) for complex, cash flow-oriented real estate and portfolio transactions of all asset classes Model quantitative analyses and various sensitivities and scenarios for identifying locationally relevant value drivers of real estate and portfolio transactions Always keep direct and professional contact with our market-leading Investment Advisory Team, our customers:inside and looking forward to a close exchange with relevant market participants Benefit from the know-how of our well-founded in-house market research and our transaction proximity Take leadership responsibility and become part of our interdisciplinary teams in the fields of valuation, consulting, investment consulting and buy side Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Successfully completed studies in real estate, economics, geography, etc. Relevant professional experience in real estate assessment Funded assessment and profound real estate and capital market knowledge and routined application of national and international assessment procedures Ideally MRICS or/and HypZert qualification Very good German, English and MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Experience with relevant evaluation software (e.g. ARGUS, Lora) Result-oriented and independent functioning as well as pronounced analytical skills High service orientation, communication strength and desire for success in the team You don't meet any requirement?
