Responsible implementation and further development of projects in the context of project work Accompanying technical due diligence processes by building visits, review and evaluation of technical object documents and by assessing the quality of real estate projects Support for contractor representation personnel, e.g. coordination and control of planning services, acceptances, defect and warranty management Implementation of project monitoring by revision of business planning, strategic orientations and follow-up of project developments as part of financing monitoring for investors and financialians Preparation of studies and analyses through the development of feasibility studies, location and market analyses as well as business planning from a technical and commercial perspective

Studies in real estate engineering, architecture, real estate management, civil engineering or in a comparable course Secure handling of MS Office products in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint Embossed conception, structural understanding and teamability Good knowledge of German (at least level B2) and good knowledge of English Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
