Speaker Data and Process Management in the Energy Industry (m/f/d)

Description and further development of reporting processes resulting from internal and external requirements within the energy industry, e.g. from the EU-Methane Regulation Optimization and digitization of information processes: from the data source to the dispatch of data to in- and external stakeholders Working in cross-departmental working groups to further develop our data processes Technical evaluation of changes in the regulatory framework for deriving adaptation needs to our data and information processes Revision-proof process documentation and creation of data templates and work instructions Responsibility for the EU methodology report, including creation, quality assurance and timely delivery Cooperation with internal areas of expertise to coordinate content with other company reports (e.g. CSR/sustainability report)

Studies of engineering or economics, e.g. supply engineering, energy engineering, business management, business information technology or comparable degree Multiannual professional experience in the described field, ideally supplemented through well-founded practice in data-based creation of standardized reports Experience in the functional leadership of interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams or working groups – even without disciplinary responsibility Impressive capacity for structured analysis as well as precise and addressable processing of data and key figures for internal and external reporting Very good process understanding and practical experience in modeling, optimization and standardization of business and data processes Very careful, meticulous and result-oriented working together with a pronounced sense of quality and responsibility Impressed communication strength, experience in project management and the management of cross-departmental cooperation as well as enforcement strength and moderation competence Experience with agile working methods (e.g. OKR, Scrum) and their practical application in cross-functional teams
