You ensure the smooth operation of the digital payment and billing processes around the Jelbi platform and actively contribute to their further development. At the interface between product management, finance, accounting and external partners, you will ensure transparency in payment flows, coordinate operational processes and support the development of efficient, scalable and data-driven processes. You are responsible for the operational management and monitoring of payment processes on the Jelbi platform including monitoring, error analysis and incident coordination Settlement, Payout and Reconciliation processes keep you in mind and ensure a high quality and traceability of payment and billing data In case of discrepancies in payment flows, you take the analysis and coordinate their clarification with internal and external stakeholders With reliable operating principles, meaningful KPIs and relevant control information, you support accounting, accounting and reporting processes Based on your operational expertise, you will develop new standards and monitoring concepts, identify manual processes and support the implementation of automation and the introduction of new payment functionality
