At ABF Apotheke we are looking for a dedicated sales personality (m/w/d) for our team, which contributes significantly to further expanding our market position in ophthalmological products in southern Germany with their expertise and passion. You will be responsible for a dynamic sales area where we are already established as a leading provider. • You actively shape the growth of our company in the field of ophthalmological care and ensure that our high-quality products and services remain the first choice of our customers in the future • You convince customers of our comprehensive supply concept and our high quality standards, and manage to establish long-term and trusted partnerships • You identify potentials in your sales area and continuously contribute to strengthening and expanding our market position • You accompany the entire sales process independently – from first contact to tender creation to conclusion of the contract • You always have a look at your sales goals and implement your activities in a targeted and efficient manner • You build a sustainable network and maintain close relationships with our customers, making your communication strength and empathy different • Du reportest regularly at our sales director and work closely with him to continuously optimize sales success • You recognize the needs of our customers and actively contribute to developing and adapting our performance portfolio accordingly

That's what you bring • You have a strong sales personality and your passion lies in the new customer acquisition and in building long-term customer relationships • Your motivation is to achieve successful sales results together with us and to further expand the market leadership • You are a lot on the go and do not hesitate to take longer trips to serve our customers directly on site • With your previous field service experience, you will bring well-founded knowledge in sales and new customer acquisitions • A challenging, competitive environment motivates you – you’re going to work with deed and aiming • You are a professional contact for our customers and can convince by negotiation skills and understanding • Your training in business or medical sciences (e.g. PTA, MFA or optician) completes your profile – but your practical experience is crucial
