Construction manager for PV parks and BESS (m/f/d)

You will ensure the smooth, high-quality and safe construction workflow from preparation to handover You actively participate in the technical and organizational project preparation and support in the construction process planning, resource and material disposition You control and monitor the daily construction site sequence and organize material and equipment deliveries You control compliance with work safety regulations on your site You take care of quality and execution monitoring by means of quality controls according to DIN, VDE and manufacturer guidelines, as well as visual and functional testing of all structural components of the PV system or BESS You support electrotechnical testing including commissioning preparation You regularly agree with the project management and with external service providers In doing so, you control the performance of the subcontractors in terms of schedule and schedule You will ensure the documentation and reporting by means of building journal, photo documentation and reports on progress, material consumption, quality and functional defects After a project, you support the technical and organizational preparation

You could already get to know the practice as a construction manager and gather several years of experience in the construction and operation of technical systems – ideally in the field of photovoltaics You have practical knowledge of assembly, cabling, commissioning and fault analysis You have very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications You have fluent German skills in word and writing, good English skills are advantageous You shape very good organizational skills and a high level of commitment You show travel readiness and are generally ready for multi-week project-related assembly operations within Germany You bring team skills, loadability and a structured way of working with
