Your mission: Team leadership with passion: Motivate and guide your team through all phases of the project – from the first idea to the turnkey handover Turntable for project success:Control communication and cooperation between contractors, authorities, subcontractors and specialist engineers (m/w/d) – and ensure a smooth construction process. You have a successfully completed study of civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or architecture or a comparable degree, in combination with previous craft training You have several years of professional experience in construction and Project management of medium and larger turnkey industrial objects You have knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, execution planning and contract negotiation Their strengths lie in the project organization, the contract negotiation and in the initiative support of demanding customers You are highly time-, quality- and result-oriented You enjoy working in interdisciplinary project teams
