Management and coordination of a team of two trainers and up to forty trainees Support and promotion of the professional and personal development of trainees Planning, organisation and implementation of training measures and projects in the field of electronics Ensuring compliance with training plans and objectives Selection of future trainees Cooperation with other departments to continuously improve the quality of training Monitoring and evaluation of trainee progress and regular reporting

(m/w/d) as well as a further education for the master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in electronics, ideally in a leading position Educational aptitude and experience in the training of professionals Embossed leadership and communication skills High social competence and team skills Own initiative and sense of responsibility
