What are your priorities?

Implementation of installation work, small repairs, replacement of lighting equipment and troubleshooting at stationary electrical installations Participation in the commissioning of technical installations Takeover of the plant responsibility according to DIN VDE 0105‐100 for the stationary electrical installations with registration as a plant-responsible person at the energy supply company (EVU) after obtaining the switching authorization or after successful completion of a relevant training measure (for a 10 kV plant)

Examination of the electrical safety of mobile electrical equipment and equipment in offices and workshops and the documentation of the test results Conducting test runs of the grid replacement system(s)/function control on existing emergency lighting systems

Leading the plant books (document of function tests) Operation and fault management at the building automation (GA)/building control (GLT) Application/Order as a plant-responsible person for heavy-duty power plants and as a qualified person for smoke and heat extraction plants (RWA) Visual inspection of existing fire alarm systems (BMA) Application/Order as a specialist for parking facilities and as a commissioned person for elevator installations Implementation/support for tasks outside the electrical engineering plant (e.g. in the field of general domestic engineering [HLS], office relocations, cleaning and maintenance of external installations, winter services [Room and scattering service] and/or control of execution in the case of commissioned third parties/firms

Regular property control with regard to the overall condition, cleanliness and traffic safety use as a qualified person (e.g. for checking fire protection doors; for operation, self-control and maintenance of fat separator systems; for the testing of ladders and treads) Consumption, processing and forwarding of damage and fault messages Support for technical installations

What do we expect?

Qualification:

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with the focus on energy and building technology or operating technology or Graduated vocational training as an electronics engineer, electrical equipment engineer/electro-plant engineer, electrical installer/electro-installer or electrician (w/m/d) with plant-specific certificate. The certificate of expertise on one of the above mentioned areas is a prerequisite for the transfer of the advertised activities/workplace. Competences:

Multiannual professional experience in the field of installation work and the elimination of electrical installations Good knowledge of DIN-VDE standards and knowledge of generally accepted technical rules Switching authorization for medium-voltage systems or readiness to acquire them Knowledge in handling measuring and testing equipment Knowledge of operation in the field of building automation (GA)/building control (GLT) desirable User knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) desirable
