a completed (special) university degree as a Diplom-Ingenieur*in (FH) or Ba-chelor (FH/Uni) of the Department of Architecture or Civil Engineering an independent and targeted way of working and willingness to take responsibility Cost awareness, enforcement and negotiation skills a rapid understanding and the ability to quickly analyze complex facts even under high load a high level of communication and social competence Administrative experiences and professional experience in the field of construction and the safe application of HOAI and VOB are desirable, but are not provided Class B driving licence and secure computer identifiers
