This is what awaits you with us – your rotational phases In our 24-month junior program, you'll run the most important stations in the field of transformation and understand the Bank's digital orientation from scratch: Project management & control: You will learn the phase-oriented project execution as well as the planning of project resources, costs and time frames. Process analysis & IT interface: You analyze predefined problems, such as the optimization of business processes or the functional expansion of IT systems. You will develop sustainable solutions together with the ICT and the specialist areas. Change Management & Coordination: You accompany complex and strategic projects and take over the coordination of internal processes in close coordination with all project participants. Reporting & Documentation: Operations in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of project plans and the reporting for the management complete your understanding.

Foundation: A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or BWL with a focus on organisation/processes or a commercial vocational training (probably banker) with initial experience in project management. Transformation-Mindset: You bring openness to new and creative solutions and have great pleasure in the active design of changes. Analytical Strength: You have a very good ability to analyze and model complex problems, as well as good knowledge in optimizing business processes. Team spirit & Drive: You work proactively, independently and structured. In addition, you have enforcement, good communication skills and work constructively with all partners. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Very good knowledge in the MS Office package and in the Windows client environment.
