The Group-Treasury division controls and optimizes liquidity throughout the DZ BANK Group. This ranges from the management of the daily inflows and outflows of the around 700 Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken as part of our liquidity compensation function to the optimization of the borrowing via own securities issues, which are sold through our sales units and intermediaries. This includes institutional customers such as insurance companies or fund companies in Germany and abroad, as well as private customers of com­munity banks. The focus of the Treasury Markets Division in the Treasury Group is the cost-optimized provision of our payment capability. In addition, in cooperation with the foreign departments, the department is the cutting point for the international money and capital markets for the Raiffeisenbanken Volksbanken and our subsidiaries. As a senior trader (m/w/d), your colleagues are responsible for the economic management of the liquidity figures in the running period up to one year, including LCR. In concrete terms, take care of the Market Making in FX-Swaps compared to our sales units, customers, corporate subsidiaries and the interbank market. They quote prices in money market products such as Loans, Deposits or Commercial Paper (CPs) and forward them to the respective sales team and external market participants. In addition to the control, you take over the hedging to secure our market price risk positions resulting from liquidity and customer flows. In addition, you coordinate our funding activities in close coordination with the foreign locations and support us in projects in the further treasury environment, in particular on regulatory issues.
