Head of Building Construction (m/f/d)

You take over the technical, organizational and financial management of the business unit. You continuously coordinate the strategic orientation and objectives of the business unit on the basis of the city's top targets, as well as the technical standards and legal and economic frameworks. As a management team, you take responsibility for your team with about 85 employees and demand and promote a motivated working environment. FINANZEN & HOCHBAU You carry the responsibility of planning, as well as coordination of projects and work on them together with the demand offices (firefighting, school, etc.). You are responsible for compliance with the business unit budget. REPRÄSENTATION & GREMICAL WORK You represent the business unit within and outside the administration in all political decision-making bodies, citizens or third parties.

QUALIFIKATION You have a completed academic degree (Diplom/Master) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable discipline and may have. on the ability for the higher technical service. You have multi-year, relevant professional experience in a management position corresponding to the subject area, preferably also in public administration.
